We totally understand—sometimes a cap just isn’t the one. That’s why we’ve made returns easy!
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery via our self-service portal:

A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund—unless you added Checkout + for $2.98 at checkout, in which case your return label is FREE. 🎉
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different style or size, we recommend placing a new order and submitting your original for return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free from makeup, sweat, pet hair, odors, or any visible wear
Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the cost of the item only (shipping & handling are non-refundable).
Please allow 3–4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and 7–10 business days for your refund to process.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping rates apply within the continental U.S.
International orders ship via UPS (rates vary).
